Fruit is handpicked and whole bunch pressed in to old French oak with full solids with the wine undergoing wild yeast fermentation without additions or fining. Lifted citrus orange peel which continues on to the palate along with flavours of ripe cranberries and pomegranate. The wine is held together with crunchy acidity and mouth watering texture and a driving finish.
